Famame is a Hamburg-based online shop offering high-quality African food and non-food products. Our goal is to reliably supply people of African descent in Germany and beyond with authentic products.

2. What are your opening hours?

Our online shop customer service is available from:
🕙 Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00
Orders in the online shop are of course possible around the clock.

3. Where is your shop (Afroshop) located?

You can find our Famame Afroshop here:

Here you can shop, browse and ask questions directly.

4. How long does shipping within Germany take

📦 The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday) within Germany.
The exact delivery time and shipping costs will be shown to you during checkout.

5. How much are the shipping costs?

• Free shipping for orders over 55 €
• Shipping costs below €55 apply and are displayed during the ordering process.
All prices already include VAT.

6. What payment methods are offered?

We offer a variety of secure payment methods:

9. Do you have a physical store or only an online shop?

We have both:
