Fanti Kenkey is a traditional, fermented Ghanaian staple food made from white maize. Produced according to the original recipe by NKULENU'S , one of Ghana's oldest food producers since 1942.
This version is pre-cooked, vacuum-packed, and ready to eat —simply heat it up or enjoy it straight away. It's ideal as a side dish to fish, shito, vegetables, or sauces —especially popular in West African cuisine.
